I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (Connecticut license #001334) and a member of AAMFT (The American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy).  

I chose The California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) as the venue to get my Master's degree in Integral Counseling Psychology because of the integral (seeing the whole person and adapting modalities to uniquely fit each individual) and transpersonal (spiritual) nature of the program.  

I have enjoyed working with individuals and couples from a variety of life circumstances presenting with many different issues and symptoms including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, illness, grief and loss, and relationship issues.  I have worked in agency, university, and private practice settings. 

If you choose to work with me, my intention is to guide you toward cultivating more of an inner life with the goal of having a more honest and current relationship with yourself.  The implications of reaching that goal can be profound.
